What can we help with?
We connect you with trusted suppliers for a variety of home energy upgrades.
Ceiling insulation rebate delays
For ceiling insulation enquiries, please note that VEEC discounts are not currently available. Insulation providers across Victoria are awaiting accreditation by the Essential Services Commission to be able to deliver VEEC discounts. While you can still request quotes from insulation providers, it is not possible for providers to apply VEEC discounts until the delays have been resolved.

Home energy assessments
Get tailored advice on how to improve the comfort and efficiency of your home. A trained assessor visits in person, checks your insulation, windows, doors, heating and cooling systems, and identifies the biggest sources of heat loss or gain. You receive a written report with prioritised recommendations, so you know exactly what to fix and in what order, before you spend anything.
-
Insulation
Stay comfortable year-round and lower your heating and cooling costs. Insulation is one of the most cost-effective upgrades you can make to a home. Many Victorian homes are under-insulated or have insulation that has deteriorated over time. Upgrading it makes a noticeable difference to comfort year-round, and to heating and cooling bills.
-
Draught proofing
Stop unwanted air entering your home and lower your heating and cooling costs. Draughts are one of the most common and least visible sources of heat loss, and one of the cheapest to fix. Professional draught proofing identifies and seals these gaps throughout your home. It is often the single highest-return upgrade for the money spent.

Heating and cooling
Heating and cooling split or ducted systems are the energy-saving alternative to traditional gas or electric systems. Heating and cooling account for around 40% of a typical household's energy use, making it the biggest opportunity to reduce your bills and emissions.
-
Hot water
Heat pump hot water systems are the energy-saving alternative to traditional electric or gas water heaters. Water heating makes up around 20% of a typical household's energy use. Switching to a heat pump is one of the fastest ways to reduce your bills and emissions, without compromising comfort. Plus, government rebates are available for eligible heat pump hot water systems.
-
Cooking
Induction cooktops are the future of cooking, offering precision control, instant heat, and superior efficiency. With induction, you can save energy and cook faster, all while keeping your kitchen cleaner and safer.
-
Solar and batteries
Power your home with energy from the sun. Solar panels turn sunlight into electricity you can use to run your home, from heating and cooling to hot water and cooking. They're the foundation of a truly electric, energy-efficient lifestyle.
By combining solar with a battery, you can increase your home's energy independence and take another big step toward a fully electric home.
Home battery systems let you keep the excess solar energy your panels generate during the day to use at night, giving you greater control, lower energy bills, and backup power when you need it most.
-
EV chargers
As more Australians switch to electric vehicles, home EV charging makes a lot of sense. Get faster recharging at a lower cost, and improve home resale value and rental property appeal. Enjoy being part of a community that's shifting to cleaner energy.
